Return/Refund Policy
All damaged shipments must be reported within 4 business days. We will make every effort to have damaged items replaced, however we cannot be responsible for damages not reported during this time. Please keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it may be requested by the shipper. All goods must be authorized for return and must be in their original box and in good condition. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER PRIOR TO RETURNING. No credits/refunds or replacements will be processed, until the returned merchandise is received by us. There is no returns allowed for any shipment into the United States.
