Delivery
Our shipping is done via CANPAR. Deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m EST Monday to Friday, regular business days only, no holidays. CANPAR does not allow time specific deliveries. Delivery times ( ie. 1 day) are estimates only and are not guaranteed, unless SELECT shipping is chosen. There is no select shipping available between aprox. December 22 & January 1. Shipping to remote locations may require extra time and an increase in shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for delays due to weather or other acts of God.

Non Delivery/Re-Delivery
If a recipient is not at home when a gift is delivered, and it is a house or business, a note will be left on the door with further instructions. Due to their nature, no such notice may be left at apartments or office buildings. After two attempts, the gift will be returned to us. We will inform you immediately for further delivery instructions. An extra delivery charge will apply.
Incorrect Address
If a basket is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a complete and correct address. Please check your addresses carefully. (If possible include a daytime phone number where the recipient can be reached).
NSR – No Signature Required
If requested by you the customer, we can have the gift left on a porch or back door with a “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED” sticker. However, we assume no responsibility for the package against theft, weather or any other occurrence, once the package has been left in the requested location.
Tracking
When placing your order please provide a valid email address and you will receive a tracking number for your gift basket.
Return Policy
All damaged shipments must be reported within 4 business days. We will make every effort to have damaged items replaced, however we cannot be responsible for damages not reported during this time. Please keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it may be requested by the shipper. All goods must be authorized for return and must be in their original box and in good condition. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER PRIOR TO RETURNING. No credits or replacements will be processed, until the returned merchandise is received by us. There is no returns allowed for any shipment into the United States.
Substitutions
Very rarely will a substitution become necessary; if this should occur the substitution will be of equal or higher quality and will not affect the make up of the gift basket.
In the summer months or during extreme hot weather, chocolate items may be substituted with non chocolate heat tolerant toffies and candies and baskets which are all chocolate are not available, this is to ensure that the quality of the gift baskets remains constant.
